Présentation du projet

The proposed project aims at developing and delivering a cutting edge analytical tool to provide unprecedented diagnostic capabilities to the MiChem partners for the characterization at the nanoscale of functionalized surfaces designed for information storage. The strategy described herein consists in implementing vibrational spectroscopy measurements at the molecular level (TERS) and to couple in situ AFM, Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques.
